Shows and water trials
Congrats to Jenny and Harry and of course Rocky who was awarded Best In Show at the Auckland Non Sporting and Utility Ch Show Mar 06 under Andrew Kidd from South Australia. Thyme also took the Bitch CC.
Rocky also wins Int of Group and 5th in the NZ Bred Stakes at the Wairoa Ch Shows, Thyme wins Open of Group at the East Coast Ladies Open Show.
Easter Shows and Water trials
Easter saw a combination of events,
Saturday Thyme took a nice BOB win and Cut in group under Mrs J Hunt (Canada)
and on Sunday she was away doing water trials - placing 3rd in beginners. Jiff also went in the water trials, placing 2nd in Juniors - this is her first attempt in Juniors.
Sunday was Rocky's turn, with a BOB win and his Ch Title gained.

Well done again to Breeze :-) WB/BOW/OS for another 2 points. She is over 1/2 way to her title at just 13 months.
Xena was hip and elbow scored: OFA Good hips and Normal elbows (Clear). She will be bred later this year to a lovely black male - this litter will be in Hawaii.
Water Trials
We had a great day at the Midlanz branch Water trials:
Beginners:
1st Jiff - handled by Jocelyn
2nd Thyme - handled by Sonia
3rd Venus - handled by Sonia
Glee and Sean also competed in Beginners and did well.

Congrats to Ivan and Seamus (Am/Can Ch Topmast's Seamus at Northwood).
They have been invited to the "Top 20" at the Newf Club of America's event May 08.
The Newfoundland Club Specialty Show Jan 08
The Judge was William Dobbin from Ireland - Brooklynbear Newfoundlands
Joey was awarded Best Dog and Reserve Best in Show, also Stud Dog in Show, 1st in the Movement class.
Thyme was awared Brood Bitch in Show.
Rocky also won his class and 2nd in Dog head.
Our 4 imports from Topmast also won the Breeders Class.

Xena (Watermark Sea Spirit) was awarded RWB to a 3 point Major on Saturday, Well done Greg !
Breeze (Watermark Set the Sails) had a great day on Sunday and was awarded WB for a 3 point Major, Congrats to Christine and her handler Jennifer.
